About Us

A nature wellness brand built on slowing down

MeditationWalks began with a simple observation: most of us feel better after time spent outdoors, and most of us do not get nearly enough of it.

Who we are

MeditationWalks is a nature wellness brand centred on forest therapy, forest bathing, mindful walking, meditation, yoga in nature, breathwork, and nature connection. We create experiences that give people permission to move slowly and pay attention.

We are not interested in complicated systems or lofty promises. Our work is practical and grounded: go outside, walk gently, breathe, and let the natural world remind you of your own rhythm.

Whether someone joins a single walk or a weekend retreat, our hope is the same — that they leave feeling a little calmer, a little clearer, and a little more connected to the world around them.

Our Mission

To help people slow down and spend intentional time in nature through gentle, well-guided experiences that support overall well-being and make mindfulness feel natural rather than effortful.

Our Vision

A world where time outdoors is treated as an ordinary part of well-being — where a slow walk among trees is as unremarkable, and as valued, as a good night's sleep.

Our Values

What we hold to, session after session

Presence over performance

There is nothing to achieve in a MeditationWalks experience. Turning up and noticing is the whole practice.

Respect for the land

We move gently through the places we visit, leaving them as we found them and treating them as partners rather than backdrops.

Accessible by design

Our sessions are shaped for real bodies and real schedules — no special gear, no prior experience, no pressure.

Everyday application

What you practise with us should also work on a lunch break, a garden bench, or a walk to the shop.

How our experiences feel

Quiet. Unhurried. A little slower than you might expect at first. We begin with a simple grounding practice, move gently through the landscape, pause often, and finish with time to sit with whatever the experience brought up.

There is no requirement to speak, share, or keep up. You are welcome to simply be there, walking at your own pace.
